To strengthen our Humans Resources Department we are currently seeking a talented and professional Human Resources Specialist passionate about recruiting and supporting HR processes.

Your role and responsibilities

  • You identify the hiring needs of our global organization and manage the recruitment process;
  • You coordinate job postings for various recruitment channels and social media;
  • You actively search for suitable candidates, visit job fairs etc. to ensure the right candidates fill the open positions;
  • You review resumes, schedule and conduct first interviews and report the results to the department heads;
  • You process new hire paperwork and coordinate exit processes for departing employees;
  • You maintain and update employee records, prepare and adapt work schemes, update payroll and benefit information in existing HR tools; run monthly reports, etc.;
  • You implement new HR policies and procedures and explain them to new and existing employees;
  • You take initiative to continuously improve HR processes;
  • You support with day to day general administration such as invoicing;
  • You report to the Head of People Europe.

Your qualifications and experience

  • You have a bachelor/master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management with a minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role;
  • You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English, French and German is a plus;
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of recruiting processes and you know the common recruitment channels;
  • You hava a strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes;
  • You value discretion, work precisely, structured and in an efficient manner;
  • You are empathetic, flexible and have strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • You have solid problem solving abilities;
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
